House Policies
To ensure a smooth and pleasant stay, please review the following house policies applicable to Condo in Paradise. We recommend reading them carefully before confirming your reservation.
Reservation Guarantee Policy
A 50% deposit of the total stay is required to guarantee your reservation.
Payment and Deposit Policy
Reservations are accepted with online payments only.
The full amount (100%) of the total stay must be paid no later than one day before check-in, along with the corresponding payment confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to the arrival date to avoid charges.
No-Show Policy
If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date, a charge equivalent to 50% of the total stay will apply.
Extra Guest Policy
The base rate includes up to 5 guests.
From the 6th guest onward, including children and adults, an additional fee of $360 MXN per person, per night will apply.
The maximum occupancy of the condo is 8 guests.
Children Policy
Children are welcome.
All children are considered guests and count toward the maximum occupancy, regardless of age.
Pet Policy
According to property regulations, pets are not allowed.
